The hallmarks are proof of the purity and fineness of the metal which is determined by test testing of the metal.
There is a difference between "registered trademarks" and "trade mark". The hallmark indicates that the item has been tested in an independent laboratory and guarantees that it meets standards for the content of precious metals, also called fineness.
Trademarks and manufacturing, on the other hand, are a sign of the identity of the manufacturer. At Diamant-Anvers, all our products are stamped in accordance with French laws.

2. What certificates do you provide with the products?
At Diamant-Anvers, we want you to take full advantage of our quality diamonds at very competitive prices.
This is why we offer certificates from specialized organizations such as GIA / IGI and EGL.
The diamond manufacturing certificate is issued by our expert gemologist and by an independent laboratory. The
two certificates use the same classification criteria. The only difference is that the certificate of the
independent laboratory is recognized worldwide while the certificate issued by Esskay is also proof
of authenticity of the diamond between the manufacturer and the customer.
The EGL (European Gemological Laboratory) has laboratories all over the world while the GIA (Gemological
Institute of America) and IGI (International Gemological Institute) are present in only a few countries; which affects the availability of diamonds and their respective certificates as well as the final price. Uncertified diamonds are easy
to find and more economical than certified ones.

3. I would like to replace a lost engagement ring and am interested in the above design but it is enough

6. Can you apply a coat of polish or mat to my finished jewelry?

7. Do you work with Palladium or Rose Gold?
We have some Palladium and Rose Gold items available to order. All you have to do is call us at the number indicated above and our advisers will inform you of the availability of these items and their prices.

8. Do you provide a certificate of expertise?

All our diamonds are obtained from legal sources controlled by the globally recognized body responsible for fighting
against the trade in these diamonds: The Kimberly Process Certification Scheme.

1. What is your exchange - refund policy? Can I change the Carat weight, clarity, color, metal and benefit from the 30 day delay?
Diamant-Anvers offers a period of 30 days for any return and refund of our products from the day of dispatch of the goods.
Personalized items and those mentioned above cannot be returned and refunded unless they have a manufacturing defect. For example: an antique engagement ring can be modified by adding or removing diamonds, but after these modifications, will not be returnable.
Custom-made items ordered directly from our advisors are non-returnable.
Items with diamonds of 2 carat and larger each are non-returnable.
Jewelry bearing an inscription is not returnable. For example: a ring marked with "Forever" is not exchangeable or returnable because these engraved jewels cannot be modified and therefore cannot be resold.

All our products (except those mentioned above) can be taken back / refunded within 30 days from the date of dispatch.

Note: If you want to return the goods, pack them in a new package.
Colissimo offers a shipping service with insurance for the goods for their total value. Items that have been handled or altered by a jeweler other than Diamant-Anvers cannot be accepted. Do not mention Diamant-Anvers on the package when returning a product. Diamant-Anvers cannot be held responsible for any theft or loss of the package.

2. How long does the reimbursement take?
The refund will take effect once:
- The product has been received by Diamant-Anvers in perfect condition and with all the accompanying documents and certificates
- The product has been inspected by our quality experts and given their approval.
Depending on the payment method used, the refund will be reflected in 8-10 business days on your account statement.
Shipping times for an exchange are approximately 10 days, depending on the model.

3. I just received my ring and it is too big - too small. I would like to change it, what should I do?
Don't worry, just follow the instructions in our 30 Day Exchange Policy section and return the ring along with your exact finger size. We will send you the new ring as soon as possible.
Note: If you ordered the wrong ring size, you will need to pay extra which will be charged to you when you return the ring.
If you received the wrong ring size, it will be fitted to your finger and sent back as soon as possible.
Rings in the Full Eternity range cannot be resized; you will need to place another order.

4. I really liked the Full Eternity Ring model, but I don't know my size, what should I do?
Please email us your full address and we'll send you a free finger measurer by post. Use it before ordering.

5. I don't really like the item I just bought, can I change it?
Of course ! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer you the opportunity to change it.
Note: engraved items cannot be exchanged.

6. Non-exchangeable items
Please check the products as soon as you receive it for defects. Please notify us of the problem within 30 days from the date of delivery and we will replace the product at no additional charge. Returned merchandise must be in good condition and unused.
Articles modified by a jeweler who is not from Diamant-Anvers will not be accepted. Items returned and improperly packaged and sent beyond the 30 day deadline will not be accepted.
